		<description>The DeMaria Design firm seems to know how to create incredible (and real) architecture from these metal boxes, not just digital images/renderings.  All the rest of the projects above look like work by architecture students.  Never thought I would say this about a shipping container, but the Redondo Beach House is strikingly beautiful.</description>
