Will managers become overly biased toward the use of OB knowledge?

No, not in my experience with managers knowledgeable in Organizational Behavior (OB). They are more likely to use OB knowledge as a means to control and manipulate employees, “safely” fire employees, and maintain a “command-and-control” or even hostile workplace while using their OB knowledge to cover themselves. Misuse of OB knowledge is more more likely than becoming overly-biased.
